On April 16, 2018, the Public Council under the FCS of Russia, with the support of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Federal Customs Service, is holding a conference “Customs Legislation 2018: First Results of Practical Application”.
Invited to speak:
- Kadyrkulov Mukai Asanovich, member of the Board (Minister) for Customs Cooperation of EEC;
- Nekrasov Dmitry Viktorovich, Director of the Department of Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice of EEC;
- Trunin Ilya Vyacheslavovich, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation;
- Bulavin Vladimir Ivanovich, head of the FCS of Russia;
- Maksimov Timur Igorevich, Deputy Head of the FCS of Russia.
During the conference, leading EEC experts will talk about the role and place of new technologies and advanced digital models in the implementation of the tasks facing the Commission; on ways to remove barriers, exemptions and restrictions, peculiarities of the functioning of the internal market of the EAEC; on the development of a single economic space from Lisbon to Vladivostok, the formation of which is one of the priority objectives set by the EEC.
Business representatives will offer their vision of the problems of applying the Code of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Federal Law of 27.11.2010 No. 311-FZ “On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation”. Particular attention will be paid to the state and prospects for the development in Russia of the institution of an authorized economic operator.
The event is aimed at specialists in the field of customs, international carriers, owners of temporary storage facilities, authorized economic operators and other persons involved in organizing and ensuring the movement of goods and vehicles across the border of the EAEC.
The Conference is organized by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Interregional Information and Analytical Center on Supply Chain Security Problems” (IIAC).
