Подписание Хартии добросовестных участников ВЭД

The leaders of four business associations – the RF CCI, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, “Business Russia” and “Russian Support” signed a Declaration on the approval of the Charter of bona fide participants in foreign economic activity. The signing took place in the framework of the exhibition “Customs Service -2017” taking place in the “Expocenter”.

Associations of entrepreneurs, supporting the Charter, commit themselves, as stated in the document, to formulate and communicate to the widest possible circle of entrepreneurs a common position on strict observance of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the implementation of foreign economic activity (FEA), introduce anti-corruption programs and other measures of anti-corruption corporate policy into practice FEA.

By signing the Charter, entrepreneurs will guarantee full compliance with legislation and transparency of their work in the field of foreign economic activity.

At the same time, Russian CCI President Sergey Katyrin specified that the Charter participants will also form an intolerant attitude “to those companies that achieve competitive advantages by evading payment of customs duties, taxes and payments.”

Sergey Katyrin is convinced: as the risk-oriented approach is introduced into the work of customs, it is bona fide companies that will benefit “also because they will be less likely to be checked.”
