The Federal Portal of Draft Normative Legal Acts has posted a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Approval of the Procedure for the Functioning of the National System of Traceability of Goods”.

On regulation.gov.ru there is a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation, prepared by the Ministry of Finance of Russia, which defines the rules for the functioning of the national system of traceability of goods. The project was created for the purpose of ensuring the readiness of the national traceability system in the Russian Federation and approbation of control functions that must be ensured before the entry into force of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of goods imported into the customs territory of the EAEU.

A law has been adopted in Russia that strengthens tax control over prices in foreign trade transactions. It will make it possible to control them not only for exchange commodities with an understandable market price, but also for non-tradable ferrous metals and fertilizers.
