Development of electronic service “Personal office of a participant in foreign trade activities”

On August 30, 2017, the Federal Customs Service together with the business conducted a public discussion of the results of the enforcement practice of the FCS of Russia following the results of the second quarter of 2017, in which Ruslan Davydov, First Deputy Head of the FCS of Russia, Leonid Lozbenko, Chairman of the Public Council under the Federal Customs Service of Russia, on accreditation Sergey Migin, members of the Public Council under the FCS of Russia, the Expert Advisory Council for the implementation of customs policy under the FCS of Russia, dstaviteli industry associations and the business community. The event was held within the framework of the implementation of the priority program “Reform of Control and Supervision Activities” for the second time at the federal level.

Due to the development of the electronic service “Personal cabinet of a participant in foreign economic activity”, Russian companies can see permits issued by state bodies online. In terms of compliance with prohibitions and restrictions, the FCS of Russia ensured the exchange of information with more than eighteen authorities. This Russian practice is enshrined in the new Customs Code of the EAEC. Participants in foreign economic activities will not be able to submit documents to customs authorities if information about them is available in government information systems.
