The meeting of the Public Council under the FCS of Russia was held in full-time and correspondence format. Ruslan Davydov, First Deputy Head of the FCS of Russia – Executive Secretary of the Public Council under the FCS of Russia, addressed the participants of the meeting of the Public Council under the FCS of Russia with an opening speech. He began his speech with a positive assessment of the interaction that developed between the Federal Customs Service and the Public Council throughout the entire 3-year electoral cycle.
